Shipping Charges

    • Standard rates apply for orders below ₹20,000 (calculated by weight and destination zone at checkout).

  • Delivery Timeline
    10–30  working days (allow for potential customs delays). In case you need the order by a particular date, please email us on hello@fancypastels.com with your order number. 

  • Tracking
    Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking details to your registered email address.

  • Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
    • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
    • Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details regarding applicable duties or taxes before placing your order.
  • Refused Packages & Returns from Customs

    • If a customer refuses to pay the customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us:
      • No refunds will be issued.
      • Instead, we will provide store credits equal to the order value, after deducting:
        1. The original shipping charges (to the customer),
        2. The return shipping charges (back to us), and
        3. Any custom duties or import fees charged to us during the process.
    • If the return cost plus customs charges exceed the order value, no store credit will be issued.
  • Order Value & Restrictions
    • Some countries may impose import restrictions or require additional documentation. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure compliance.
