If a customer refuses to pay the customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us:
- No refunds will be issued.

Instead, we will provide store credits equal to the order value, after deducting:
- The original shipping charges (to the customer),
- The return shipping charges (back to us), and
- Any custom duties or import fees charged to us during the process.
- If the return cost plus customs charges exceed the order value, no store credit will be issued.
